Yes, absolutely! Our owner has been vegan for 9 years now and we take pride in all of our products being worry-free vegan!

We use ancient grain flour for all of our bakes! We also are proudly artificial dye and flavor free; we buy organic as MUCH as we can find (and believe me, our owner doesn’t play around with the searching!), and we believe in flowing with Mama Nature and basing our flavors on the seasons.

Ordering is easy! Order on our website and we’ll follow up with you. Feel free to also reach out through our contact form (especially for custom orders) and we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way!

Last-minute orders aren’t guaranteed and depend on availability. Please order at least 48 hours ahead; custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks before desired pick-up/delivery date.

Payment Methods:
PayPal and PayPal invoices — accepted for online custom orders and direct billing.
Website payments — processed primarily through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Venmo — available by request; please contact us for a payment code.
Cash — not accepted for online orders; cash is accepted only at in-person events.

We don’t ship yet, but soon! We’re growing our small-batch production and packaging so some items can be sent nationwide while staying fresh and classically delicious!

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free items. We can provide gluten-friendly options on request and based on availability and desired item. Please let us know before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible for your date and item request.
If you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease, please avoid purchasing as our items are made in a shared commercial kitchen.

Most orders are picked up by our customers. A Local Delivery Service is available within 14 miles of Niantic, CT, a $15 delivery fee applies. Free in range delivery for orders over $150.
At this time, residential home delivery is currently not offered. Thank you for your understanding!

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the following terms and policies apply to all orders placed with Divinely Sweet.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Divinely Sweet reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
Orders & Payments
Orders must be paid in full before they are confirmed.
For custom orders, Divinely Sweet typically sends invoices through PayPal for payment processing. Payment of an invoice confirms acceptance of our policies and orders are not considered booked until Divinely Sweet confirms payment clearance with the customer.
Divinely Sweet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Refunds & Cancelations
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of Divinely Sweet’s bakes, all sales are considered final. If in the instance we make a mistake and we confirm responsibility, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
If an order must be canceled prior to the pick-up/delivery date, Divinely Sweet may issue store credit at our discretion depending on timing and preparation status.
If there happens to be an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may be available depending on scheduling and ingredient availability. Details, pricing, and design agreements must be finalized before payment is completed.
Changes to custom orders may not be possible once preparation has begun.
Pick-up, Delivery, and Shipping
Most orders are scheduled for local pickup. Pickup details, location, and timing will be confirmed after your order is placed and cleared.
Customers are responsible for arriving within the agreed pickup window at the agreed location. The pick-up/delivery time will be confirmed 24-48 hours prior to the agreed date and time. If you anticipate being late, please contact Divinely Sweet as soon as possible, we are all human, we understand.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for the product, including proper storage and handling.
Divinely Sweet is not responsible for damage or quality issues that occur after pickup.
Orders not picked up within the scheduled timeframe may be forfeited due to the perishable nature of baked goods.
Local Delivery
Divinely Sweet offers Local Delivery Service within 14 miles of Niantic, CT.
A $15 delivery fee applies. Delivery timing will be arranged in advance based on availability.
Larger orders may qualify for complimentary in-range delivery at Divinely Sweet’s discretion.
At this time, residential home delivery is currently not offered. Thank you for your understanding!
Delivery Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
Divinely Sweet is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery has been completed.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once Nationwide shipping becomes available, which will be VERY soon, Divinely Sweet carefully packages items for safe transport. During extreme weather conditions, shipping may be limited to protect product quality as all of our products are made fresh and without artificial preservatives.
Orders will only ship Tuesday - Wednesday to prevent your goodies from sitting in transit over the weekend. Order cut-off will be every Thursday at 6:00 PM EST to allow time for processing, baking, and packaging. Orders placed after the Thursday evening cut-off, will be shipped the following week.
However, once a package is transferred to the third-party shipping carrier, Divinely Sweet cannot control shipping conditions or delivery timelines and is not responsible for carrier delays or damage during transit. Because of the delicate handmade nature of baked goods, minor shifting, cracking, or cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping.
Delays in transit do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or discounts. If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can review the situation.
Order Issues
Baked goods are best enjoyed fresh! Divinely Sweet bakes all of our baked goods in small batches, per order. Baking is an art, all items being handmade, please expect slight variations in color(s), decoration(s), and presentation.
Divinely Sweet is not responsible for product quality if items are stored improperly or kept beyond recommended freshness after pickup or delivery.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, branding, product designs, and recipes on this website are the property of Divinely Sweet LLC. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Customers are more than welcome to share photos of our desserts, events, and pages on social media for personal enjoyment and support! Please do!
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, seasonal discounts, and coupon codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
Divinely Sweet reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
Allergy Disclaimer
All Divinely Sweet products are vegan and made with plant-based ingredients.
However, our items are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen where allergens such as wheat, soy, sesame, nuts/legumes and other ingredients are present. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should consider this risk before placing an order, your safety is our top priority.
Limitation of Liability
Divinely Sweet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Any liability related to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
Force Majeure
Divinely Sweet shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, Acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, illness, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with customers and reschedule orders when possible.
